Generate a RES report

POST 
/v1/reports/generate-res

Generates a RES report for the given RUT and starts asynchronous processing. The request supports an optional Idempotency-Key header: if provided, repeated requests with the same key (within 1 hour) will return the same reportId instead of creating duplicates. This ensures safe retries in case of network issues or timeouts.
